Exhibitor Resources

The exhibit fee includes a basic pipe-and-drape space consisting of one 10-foot by a 10-foot booth, and the identification sign. Furnishings, electrical equipment, and Internet needs are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Complete information on services and supplies will be sent to exhibitors directly from Paramount Convention Services. Booths are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis with receipt of exhibit fee. All reservations are to be completed via the website reservation form. Once a selection is made, exhibitors will receive a confirmation email along with a formal exhibitor contract. The contract must be printed, signed by an authorized agent of the company, and the hard copy mailed back to the Symposium Manager along with a deposit. This must be received within 10 business days of confirmation.

Reservations will be held for 10 business days while awaiting the contract and deposit. If payment is not received, space will be released and the website will indicate the booth’s availability. 


A 50% deposit is required within 10 business days of reservation to guarantee exhibit booth location. Full payment is required by November 19, 2018. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to June 30, 2018 - 10% liability
  • July 1, 2018, to December 31, 2018 - 50% liability
  • On or after January 1, 2019 - 100% liability.

All services and benefits included with exhibit space shall be forfeited with the cancellation of space. Reduction of space will result in an equal reduction of included services and benefits.
