Current Conference Status

  • Participants will have the ability to attend sessions online synchronously and asynchronously after the conference 
  • Presenters will have the option of delivering their sessions remotely 
  • The in-person event will adhere to all COVID-19 regulations and protocols in place at the time of the conference
  • Exhibitor booth spacing may be adjusted according to social distancing protocols
  • Opportunities for interactive virtual exhibit tours are being planned

  • Main Conference In-person Attendee Registration
    • Early Bird Rate: $729 until 12/1/2021
    • Regular Rate: $799
    • On-site Rate: $829
  • Main Conference Virtual Attendee Registration
    • $429
  • 8 hour Pre-conference Course (Available In-person Only)
    • $359/course
  • 4 hour Pre-conference Course (Available In-person Only)
    • $179/course

​Refund or Change Information

Attendees may change their registration type, from in-person to virtual, at no additional cost from 4/28/21 to 10/11/21.  After 10/12/21, changes to registration type will incur a $75 change fee.

Refunds for the 37th ISS will be offered as follows:

Main Conference In-person Attendee Registration

  • If canceled by: 11/30/2021 – 100%
  • If canceled by: 12/31/2021 – 50%
  • If canceled by: 01/10/2021 – 25%

Main Conference Virtual Attendee Registration

  • If canceled by: 11/30/2021 – 100%
  • If canceled by: 12/31/2021 – 50%
  • If canceled by: 01/10/2021 – 25%

Exhibitor Booth(s)

  • If canceled by: 11/30/2021 – 50%

All refunds must be requested in writing to the ISS Team by emailing RST_CE@pitt.edu. Refunds are issued through the University of Pittsburgh via check and may require additional paperwork. Payments can be expected to be returned within 4-6 weeks of request.
